Products & Services
Quick Phaze builds focused operational software and custom websites for businesses. Start with Divide to organize company work, or choose a web package to create a responsive digital experience backed by real functionality.
Client and project operations. Divide takes the sprawl of running many clients at once and cuts it into one record per project — names, due dates, total cost, assigned workers, files and to-do lists — then tells each person what to do next on their own dashboard.
Service · Web Design & Development
Quick Phaze designs and develops responsive websites without reskinning generic templates. Every project is shaped around your brand, audience, content, and business goals, with deployment and practical functionality included.

Inside Divide
One record per project, five things kept on it, and a system that reads those five things to work out what should happen next.
Company, the contacts inside it, and how you bill them. Everything you create afterwards hangs off this record, so a client's whole history stays in one place even after a project closes.
A name, a delivery date and a total cost. Divide starts watching that date immediately and keeps quoted, approved and invoiced figures separate so the margin never gets guessed at.
Put workers on the project and pull in the brief and the contract. Each person sees only the projects they are on — the rest stay hidden — and the account owner sees everything.
Build the to-do list, then let it drive. Closing a task promotes the next one, updates progress, and re-ranks the next action for everyone attached.
Each person's dashboard answers one question: what should I do now. Ranked by what is due soonest and what is blocking other people.
What's next
Divide is the first. We are deliberately slow about adding the second — each one has to earn its place.
We build from real operational pain, not roadmaps. If something in the way you run your business keeps costing you hours, tell us about it — it may well become the next thing we make.
Switch between employees in the demo and watch what each one is allowed to see.
