Questions

The things people ask first.

What counts as a client?

One company you do work for, however many projects you run for them. Ten projects for the same client is one client.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Nothing breaks. We tell you that you are near the ceiling and you upgrade when it suits — charged pro rata, effective immediately.

Can I move back down?

Yes, at the end of a billing cycle, provided your client and employee counts fit inside the smaller plan.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Cancel any time from your account, no exit fee, and export everything on the way out. The Service & Agreement spells out the rest.
